Lunch:  Kirkwood Chicken Leg Quarters, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein - Creamy Vanilla. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Kellogg's Special K Cracker Chips - Southwest Ranch, Oatmeal, Rum Flavored Cake (Sopa Borracha).
