Fat: 29.18g | Prot: 99.26g | Carb: 220.69g.   Breakfast:  Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Dole Orange Pineapple Juice, Latte Coffee, Low Fat Milk. Lunch:  Member's Mark Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg), Mixed Salad Greens, MRM CLA 1250, Peach, Schwan's Oven Baked Chicken Breasts. Dinner:  Granny Smith Apples, Kellogg's Low Fat Granola with Raisins, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Peach, Pears. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Jillian Michaels Whey Protein Vanilla Cream Shake, La Yogurt Strawberry Yogurt.
