I think I'm going to count calories instead of doing Atkins. It doesn't seem to be helping.

Fat: 90.81g | Prot: 102.55g | Carb: 90.68g.   Breakfast:  Cantaloupe (Muskmelon), Cheddar Jack Cheese, Egg. Lunch:  Ketchup, Ketchup, Kroger White American Cheese Slices, Red Onions, WinCo Foods Hamburger patty. Dinner:  Asparagus, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar. Snacks/Other:  Cantaloupe Melons, Cantaloupe Melons, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Original Cheese.
