Dinner:  GG kellogg's smart start original Antioxidants cereal, Low Fat Milk, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein - Creamy Vanilla, Precision Engineered Whey Protein Isolate. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Bananas, Clif Bar Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter, Coffee with Sugar, Green Tea, Low Fat Milk, Member's Mark Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg), Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Plum, Trader Joe's Organic Strawberries.
