Fat: 49.29g | Prot: 143.22g | Carb: 158.42g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, Cooked Egg White, Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Low Sodium Sprouted Grain Bread, Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus Cereal, Polaner All Fruit With Fiber - Strawberry, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Skinless Chicken Breast, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Green Peppers, Low Sodium Peanut Butter, Strawberries, Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter, Zoi Greek Yogurt Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt.
