Fat: 21.34g | Prot: 124.72g | Carb: 201.42g.   Breakfast:  Beef Vegetable Soup (with Beef Broth, with Equal Volume Water, Canned). Lunch:  bbq , fat free feta cheese, Nonfat Cottage Cheese, romain lettuce. Dinner:  french bread, panera pesto soup.
