Fat: 89.27g | Prot: 97.27g | Carb: 270.71g.   Breakfast:  Espresso Coffee, Sausage Roll, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Weetabix Whole Grain Biscuit. Lunch:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Ham or Bacon and Tomatoes. Dinner:  Carlton Crown Lager, Emily's Kitchen Lamb Rogan Josh with Rice, Ice Cream, Oatmeal Biscuits (with Raisins). Snacks/Other:  Espresso Coffee, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins).
