Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Cooked Red Peppers (Fat Added in Cooking), Golden Corral Bourbon Street Chicken, Golden Corral Ranch Dressing, Golden Corral Sauteed Mushrooms, Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Pepsi Pepsi Max, Yellow Summer Squash.
