Fat: 47.34g | Prot: 66.85g | Carb: 133.94g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Green Leaf Lettuce, Harris Teeter Blueberries, Land O'Lakes Less Salt American Cheese, Low Salt Deli Sliced Ham. Lunch:  Cooked Green Cabbage, Fresh & Easy Rotisserie Chicken Breast Pieces, Gala Apples. Dinner:  Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Granny Smith Apples. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit, Grapefruit, Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten).
