Fat: 9.76g | Prot: 45.26g | Carb: 119.07g.   Breakfast:  Chobani Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Grapes (American Type, Slip Skin), Hannaford Flour Tortillas, Sea Queen Imitation Crab Meat, Trans-Ocean Crab Classic Flake Style. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Extra Firm Silken Tofu, Green String Beans, Portabella Mushrooms (Grilled), Thai Kitchen Spicy Thai Chili Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Stop & Shop Pluot.
