Fat: 17.50g | Prot: 437.05g | Carb: 158.63g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Chobani Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Hannaford Flour Tortillas, Sea Queen Salmon Burger, Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob. Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Mushrooms, Oatmeal, Sugar. Snacks/Other:  Grapes (American Type, Slip Skin), Russian Salad Dressing.
