Lunch:  Asparagus, Green String Beans, Portabella Mushrooms, SeaPak Breaded Butterfly Shrimp, Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Kellogg's Frosted Flakes. Snacks/Other:  Peach.
