Lunch:  Gourd White-Flowered (Calabash), Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Heinz Beans with Tomato Sauce. Dinner:  Stir Fried Vegetables, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Low Fat Milk, Opti-Men, Chocolate Protien Shake, Chocolate Syrup, Bananas, Fuji Apples, Oh Yeah! High Protein Bar - Almond Fudge Brownie, Frozen Yogurt.
