Fat: 143.74g | Prot: 191.28g | Carb: 131.78g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Chicken Sausage. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Drumstick, Cabbage, chicken, masala simmer, green peas, spinach, whole milk. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Beef Shortribs (Lean Only, Choice Grade), Green String Beans, Olive Oil, Almonds. Snacks/Other:  Brownie, Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Red Table Wine.
