Lunch:  Cabbage, chicken, Chicken Drumstick, green peas, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, masala simmer, spinach, whole milk. Dinner:  Almonds, Bacon, Beef Shortribs (Lean Only, Choice Grade), Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast, Green String Beans, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Brownie, Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Red Table Wine.
