Fat: 52.12g | Prot: 79.15g | Carb: 86.18g.   Breakfast:  raisins, Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  lettuce, tomatoe, chicken, sour cream, guacamole, Taco Shells (Baked). Dinner:  pork chop grilled, lettuce, french dressing, tomato. Snacks/Other:  grapes, medifast, strawberry, peanuts.
