Lunch:  Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Tomatoes, Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Butter, Basil, Bertolli Olive Oil, Publix Onions, Minced Garlic. Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Avocados, Feta Cheese, Rotisserie Chicken, Planters Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels, Olde Cape Cod Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
