Dinner:  Blue & Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing, Boiled Egg, Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens, Panera Bread French Onion Soup (without Cheese & Croutons), Spinach, Zucchini.
