Fat: 49.29g | Prot: 105.88g | Carb: 183.20g.   Breakfast:  Kashi GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble, Coffee, 1% Fat Milk, Post Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Blueberries. Lunch:  Simple Truth Double Chocolate Protein Bar, Starbucks Iced Caffe Americano (Tall), Giant Eagle Celery Sticks, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, Fuji Apples. Dinner:  Great Value Grape Cranberry Juice, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Mission Soft Taco Flour Tortillas (Medium), Kirkland Signature Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast.
