Dinner:  Broccoli (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Member's Mark Uncooked Jumbo Shrimp, PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray, PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray, raw jumbo shrimp e-z peel.
