Lunch:  Tomatoes, Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can), Mustard, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) , Onions , Alfalfa Sprouts, Celery , Trader Joe's Hass Avocado. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish), Mashed Cauliflower, Light or Lite Cream Cheese Spread. Snacks/Other:  Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Peach (Container), America's Choice Natural Almonds, Grandessa Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Freshire Farms Baby Cut Carrots, Kellogg's Special K Cracker Chips - Cheddar, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless).
