Fat: 32.74g | Prot: 67.52g | Carb: 430.74g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Multigrain Bread, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt, Rice Krispies Cereal. Lunch:  Bananas, Apples. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables, Pasta with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Trail Mix, Multigrain Bread, Foster's Lager.
