Fat: 55.64g | Prot: 109.55g | Carb: 232.10g.   Breakfast:  Latte Coffee, White Bread, Kiwi Fruit. Lunch:  Bananas, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Milk, Fish Soup with Potatoes (Sopa De Pescado), White Bread. Dinner:  Fried Egg without Fat, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Sardines in Oil (Canned), Kiwi Fruit, Chicken Sandwich, Cheese, Orange Juice. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Filled Crepe, Orange Juice.
