Lunch:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Meijer Diced Green Bell Peppers, Onions, Pomi Chopped Tomatoes, Trader Joe's Salsa Verde, Water. Snacks/Other:  B.K. Heuermann's Microwave Popcorn with Butter, Nabisco Grahams Crackers Original, Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts.
