Fat: 31.71g | Prot: 61.37g | Carb: 315.63g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Multigrain Bread, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt, Rice Krispies Cereal. Lunch:  Sainsbury's Tomato & Basil Soup, Multigrain Bread. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Multigrain Bread, Cadbury Twirl bar.
