Fat: 25.38g | Prot: 49.32g | Carb: 295.68g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Multigrain Bread, Orange Juice, Rice Krispies Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Apples, Bananas. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Cadbury Twirl bar, Multigrain Bread.
