Fat: 34.10g | Prot: 48.02g | Carb: 327.82g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Multigrain Bread, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt, Rice Krispies Cereal. Lunch:  Bananas, Apples. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Cadbury Twirl bar, Foster's Lager, Cheese Sandwich.
