Fat: 64.24g | Prot: 85.50g | Carb: 341.16g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Multigrain Bread, Orange Juice, Rice Krispies Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Sainsbury's Tomato & Basil Soup. Dinner:  Ambrosia Devon Custard, Bells Steak Pie, Brussels Sprouts, Mr Kipling Apple Pie (), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Cadbury Twirl bar.
