Fat: 37.40g | Prot: 95.58g | Carb: 413.71g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Multigrain Bread, Orange Juice, Rice Krispies Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Greggs Tuna Sandwich. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables, Pasta with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Cadbury Twirl bar, Multigrain Bread.
