Fat: 38.24g | Prot: 68.66g | Carb: 237.49g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Multigrain Bread, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt, Rice Krispies Cereal. Lunch:  Bananas, Apples. Dinner:  AH Groene Curry. Snacks/Other:  Multigrain Bread, Cadbury Twirl bar.
