Fat: 35.84g | Prot: 45.81g | Carb: 313.22g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Multigrain Bread, Orange Juice, Rice Krispies Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Apples, Bananas. Dinner:  Multigrain Bread, Tomato Soup. Snacks/Other:  Cadbury Twirl bar, Cheese Sandwich, Foster's Lager.
