Fat: 33.93g | Prot: 63.91g | Carb: 369.90g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Multigrain Bread, Orange Juice, Rice Krispies Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Vitality Strawberry Pre And Probiotic Low Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Sainsbury's Tomato & Basil Soup. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Foster's Lager, Multigrain Bread, Trail Mix.
