Fat: 63.76g | Prot: 141.01g | Carb: 102.09g.   Breakfast:  Bob's Red Mill Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal, Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix - Pumpkin Spice, Herbalife Protein Drink Mix - Vanilla, Trader Joe's Rolled Oats - Gluten Free, Trader Joe's Sunflower Seed Butter. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Dinner:  Egg, Egg White, Feta Cheese, Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla, Herbalife Protein Drink Mix - Vanilla. Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Tomatoes, Trader Joe's Raw Almonds.
