Fat: 53.56g | Prot: 133.49g | Carb: 90.16g.   Breakfast:  Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix - Pumpkin Spice, Herbalife Protein Drink Mix - Chocolate, Trader Joe's Rolled Oats - Gluten Free, Trader Joe's Sunflower Seed Butter. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Dinner:  Canned Wild Alaskan Salmon, Egg, Egg White, Feta Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, Boiled Egg, Cucumber (with Peel), Raw Almonds, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin).
