Lunch:  Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can), Cooked Egg Yolk, Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour, Egg, Egg White, Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla, Herbalife Protein Drink Mix - Vanilla. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, Black Beans (Canned), Broccoli, Cauliflower, Egg, Mushrooms, Trader Joe's Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels.
