Fat: 83.73g | Prot: 118.65g | Carb: 58.56g.   Breakfast:  NuNaturals Clear Stevia, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, Coffee, Egg, Wegmans Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms (Crimini), Sweet Red Peppers, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Meadow Gold Whipping Cream. Lunch:  Wild Planet Wild Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Publix Red Delicious Apple (Large), Mac's Snacks Chicharrones. Dinner:  Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Spartan Heavy Whipping Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Yerba Prima Psyllium Husks Powder.
