Fat: 75.61g | Prot: 103.46g | Carb: 293.15g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Giant Food Bananas (Large), Milk (Nonfat), Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, Sugar. Lunch:  Hellmann's Mayonnaise with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mt. Olive Sweet Gherkins, Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread, StarKist Foods Chunk White Albacore Tuna in Water, Sweet Onions. Dinner:  365 Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Clams, De Cecco Spinach Linguine, Garlic, Lucini Italia Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Shallots, Shrimp, Tanimura & Antle Italian Parsley. Snacks/Other:  Pabst Blue Ribbon.
