Fat: 78.90g | Prot: 109.49g | Carb: 168.93g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Egg Yolk, Challenge Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, Francisco International Extra Sour Sourdough Sliced Bread, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee, Sugar. Lunch:  Cooked Chinese Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Whitefish (Mixed Species, Alaska Native), Spinach, Olive Oil, Flour Tortilla, Tequila, Pomegranate Juice. Dinner:  Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Brussels Sprouts, Olive Oil, Deerfield Farms Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), ACE Bakery Country Bread, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Perdue Turkey Drumsticks, Drained Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen), Butter. Snacks/Other:  Balance Bar Dark Chocolate Peanut, Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Apple Dessert Crisp.
