Lunch:  Darigold 2% Trim Cottage Cheese, Bear & Wolf Canned Wild Alaskan Salmon. Dinner:  Kale, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Eating Right Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Lifesavers Mints.
