Had the flu all week. That kept my BGs high and needed to raise my basal 120% Been eating fruit every day (both fresh apples and frozen berries).

Lunch:  Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese. Dinner:  Bear & Wolf Canned Wild Alaskan Salmon, Celery, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Red Onions, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, Tomatoes.
