Lunch:  Apples, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Heavy Cream, Green Leaf Lettuce, Bear & Wolf Canned Wild Alaskan Salmon, Red Tomatoes, Celery, Red Onions, Earth's Pride Organics Baby-Cut Carrots. Dinner:  Apples, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese.
