Lunch:  Apples, Bear & Wolf Canned Wild Alaskan Salmon, Celery, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Earth's Pride Organics Baby-Cut Carrots, Green Leaf Lettuce, Heavy Cream, Red Onions, Red Tomatoes, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese. Dinner:  Apples, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese.
