Fat: 41.73g | Prot: 46.25g | Carb: 200.54g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Sugar, Coco Lite Multigrain Pop Cakes, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal, Red Bull Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Reddi-wip Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping, Strawberries. Lunch:  five guys BLT, International Delight Heath Coffee Creamer Singles, Keebler Club Crackers Minis, M&M's White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M's, mine misc salad. Dinner:  Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), Five Guys Large Fries, Ken's Steak House Lite Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, Spinach, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Betty Crocker Cinnamon Toast Crunch Muffins, Hershey's Hugs Milk Chocolate Kisses Hugged in White Creme, Mentos Chewy Mints.
