Lunch:  Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Kraft 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Land O' Frost Premium Honey Ham, Popchips Barbeque Potato Chips. Dinner:  14" Cheese Pizza (Thick Crust), Apples.
