Fat: 121.59g | Prot: 112.16g | Carb: 74.76g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Coffee, Dole Baby Portabello Mushrooms, Egg, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Spartan Heavy Whipping Cream, Sweet Red Peppers, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese. Lunch:  Apples, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese. Dinner:  Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Kirkland Signature Stir-Fry Vegetable Blend. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
