Fat: 28.07g | Prot: 42.72g | Carb: 143.72g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Sweetened with Fruit Juice Concentrates), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Rye Bread, Split Pea Soup. Dinner:  Aliye Parusa celery and apple salad, Broccoli Soup, Chianti Wine, Goats Cheese (Hard), Stonewall Kitchen Sour Cherry Jam, Vermont Creamery Fromage Blanc, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples, Starbucks Cappuccino with Soy (Grande), Wrigley Orbit Sugar Free Chewing Gum - White Melon Breeze.
