Lunch:  Green Giant Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Uncle Ben's Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown, Gorton's Grilled Roasted Garlic & Butter Tilapia Fillets, Panera Bread Sesame Bagel, Panera Bread Reduced Fat Hazelnut Cream Cheese Spread. Dinner:  Fried Beef Steak, Idahoan Foods Buttery Homestyle Flavored Mashed Potatoes, Country Crock Shedd's Spread Original, Shawnee Mills Peppered Country Gravy Mix, American Value Green Beans (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Slim-Fast Shakes - Creamy Milk Chocolate, Slim-Fast Meal Bars - Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
