Pretty balanced day - did great on the food, still sat around too much. I need to work out again.

Yesterday was my most balanced day for carbs, fat and protein. Today I start really concentrating on the ratios and the activity to offset the calories.

Fat: 118.43g | Prot: 205.94g | Carb: 172.52g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, American Pure Whey 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Chocolate, Coca-Cola Coke Zero (Can), Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Medium Eggs. Lunch:  Andy Boy Romaine Lettuce, Celery, Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise, Kroger Chopped Onions, StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner:  Chicken Stir Fry, Italian Sausage, Quinoa (Cooked), Water. Snacks/Other:  Earth's Pride Organics Baby-Cut Carrots, Giant Food Bananas (Large), Granny Smith Apples, Peanut Butter, Taylor Farms Celery Sticks.
