Pretty balanced day - did great on the food, still sat around too much. I need to work out again.

Yesterday was my most balanced day for carbs, fat and protein. Today I start really concentrating on the ratios and the activity to offset the calories.

Fat: 118.43g | Prot: 205.94g | Carb: 172.52g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, American Pure Whey 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Chocolate, Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Medium Eggs, Coca-Cola Coke Zero (Can). Lunch:  StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise, Kroger Chopped Onions, Celery, Andy Boy Romaine Lettuce, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner:  Quinoa (Cooked), Chicken Stir Fry, Italian Sausage, Water. Snacks/Other:  Giant Food Bananas (Large), Granny Smith Apples, Earth's Pride Organics Baby-Cut Carrots, Taylor Farms Celery Sticks, Peanut Butter.
