Lunch:  Chinese Cabbage Salad with Dressing, Rye Bread, Vegetarian Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water). Dinner:  Boiled Egg, Carrots, Hummus, Middle East Bakery Lavash, Syrah Wine, YoCrunch 100 Calorie Yogurt - Vanilla with Chocolate Chip Cookie Pieces. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Better Oats Organic Raw Chai Spiced Oatmeal, Starbucks Cappuccino with Soy (Tall).
