Fat: 47.15g | Prot: 40.35g | Carb: 215.87g.   Breakfast:  8th Continent Light Vanilla Soymilk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, General Mills Cinnamon Chex Cereal, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber. Lunch:  Avocados, Chicken for salad, Fresh Express Hearts of Romaine, Green Peppers, Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Onions, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  7UP 7UP, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Tortilla Chips, Refried Beans with Cheese, Salsa, Sour Cream, Spanish Rice, UV Vodka UV Blue Vodka. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting).
