Fat: 47.15g | Prot: 40.35g | Carb: 215.87g.   Breakfast:  Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber, 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soymilk, General Mills Cinnamon Chex Cereal. Lunch:  Fresh Express Hearts of Romaine, Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Chicken for salad, Green Peppers, Onions, Red Tomatoes, Avocados. Dinner:  Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Tortilla Chips, Refried Beans with Cheese, Salsa, Sour Cream, Spanish Rice, 7UP 7UP, UV Vodka UV Blue Vodka. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting).
