Fat: 76.56g | Prot: 51.56g | Carb: 229.62g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Cooked Glazed Carrots (from Fresh), Roasted Potato, Dinner Rolls, Butter, Ice Cream, salad, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe). Dinner:  tortilla chips, spanish rice, salsa, refried beans, cheese enchilada, Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Goat Cheese, Kraft Wheat Thins Original, Frieda's Yellow Seedless Watermelon.
