Fat: 76.56g | Prot: 51.56g | Carb: 229.62g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Butter, Cooked Glazed Carrots (from Fresh), Dinner Rolls, Ice Cream, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Roasted Potato, salad. Dinner:  cheese enchilada, Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), refried beans, salsa, spanish rice, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  Frieda's Yellow Seedless Watermelon, Goat Cheese, Kraft Wheat Thins Original.
