Fat: 53.21g | Prot: 47.25g | Carb: 94.62g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Orange Juice, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch:  Goat Cheese, Kraft Wheat Thins Original, Potato Gnocchi. Dinner:  Caesar Salad with Romaine, Cheddar Cheese Soup, Deviled Egg, Lemonade.
